Welcome to the Intro to Crochet class presented by Shelby Marasckin of 3 Bar Family Crafts. During this class you will learn how to make a crochet washcloth that is machine washable (on delicate) and hang or lay flat to dry. Washcloths are a great way to get started learning to crochet using one stitch and a repeating pattern. They make great gifts and can work as a potholder too.
This class is appropriate for ages 12+
You will learn:
-How to read a crochet pattern (written and symbol)
-How to chain stitch and single crochet
-How to make a washcloth
-Size I crochet hook
-One skein of *Bernat yarn (blanket, blanket bright’s, or baby blanket) *preferred
-Blunt point needle
**Yarn kit can be purchased directly from the instructor on the day of class for $20, but please let us know if you'll be purchasing from her!**
