Welcome to the Intro to Granny Squares crochet class presented by Shelby Marasckin of 3 Bar Family
Crafts. Today you will be learning how to start a crochet granny square blanket. Blankets are a fun gift
for just about anyone and the granny square pattern can be as big or small as you would like. The granny
square can also be made from just about any yarn, but I wouldn’t recommend anything smaller than a
worsted weight or size 4 yarn.
Class goals are to learn-
-How to read a granny square crochet pattern (written and symbol)
-How to do a magic circle double crochet
-How to start a granny square
